Day 1 Arrival to Tbilisi

Arrival at Tbilisi International Airport. Upon arrival we are welcomed by local guide and transferred to the hotel.
Overnight stay in Tbilisi at Novotel Tbilisi Center .
Day 2 Tbilisi

After breakfast at the hotel we begin a guided city tour of Tbilisi .

We start in the old town with a visit to the Metekhi Church (13th century), beautifully situated overlooking the Mtkvari River . Then we continue to the Narikala Fortress, one of the city's oldest fortifications.

The tour continues to Anchiskhati Church , Sioni Cathedral , and the historic synagogue, which reflect the city's multicultural heritage.

Later, we stroll along Rustaveli Avenue , the capital's main boulevard, and visit the treasury of the National Museum of Georgia , which houses impressive archaeological treasures.

In the evening we enjoy dinner at a local restaurant.
Overnight stay in Tbilisi.

Day 3 Tbilisi–Telavi

After breakfast we travel to the Kakheti , Georgia's famous wine region.

Our first stop is the charming town of Sighnaghi, known as the “ City of Love ”, with its picturesque streets and city walls. We also visit the Bodbe Monastery , where Saint Nino is buried – she brought Christianity to Georgia in the 4th century.

We continue to Telavi , where we visit the impressive Alaverdi Cathedral , one of the tallest religious buildings in Georgia.

In the evening we are welcomed by a local family for a traditional dinner with wine tasting .
Overnight stay in Telavi at the Holiday Inn .

Day 4 Telavi–Kazbegi

After breakfast we drive towards Kazbegi along the famous Georgian Military Highway .

On the way we stop at the Ananuri architectural complex . The journey continues through the magnificent landscapes of the Greater Caucasus Mountains and past the Gudauri ski resort.

Upon arrival in Kazbegi, we change to four-wheel drive vehicles and drive up to Gergeti Holy Trinity Church (14th century), dramatically situated at an altitude of 2,170 meters with a stunning mountain view.

Dinner and overnight stay in Kazbegi at Intourist Hotel .

Day 5 Kazbegi–Mtskheta–Gori

After breakfast we travel to Mtskheta , the ancient capital and religious center of Georgia.

We visit the Jvari Monastery and the Svetitskhoveli Cathedral , both UNESCO World Heritage Sites and among the country's most important monuments.

We then continue to Gori , the birthplace of Joseph Stalin. Here we explore the impressive cave city of Uplistsikhe, an ancient rock-cut city located along the historic Silk Road.

We also visit the Stalin Museum, which is dedicated to the life and history of the Soviet leader.
Dinner and overnight at Gori Inn .

Day 6 Gori–Kutaisi

After breakfast we drive to Kutaisi , one of Georgia's oldest cities.

Today we visit the Gelati Monastery and Academy Complex, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and an important center of medieval education. We also see the Bagrati Cathedral , another UNESCO-listed monument overlooking the city.

In the evening we visit a local family and take part in a cooking class where we learn how to make khachapuri , Georgia's famous cheese bread. Dinner is served with local wine.
Overnight at Kutaisi Inn Hotel .

Day 7 Kutaisi–Tbilisi

In the morning we visit a local bazaar where farmers sell fresh produce and homemade products.

Afterwards we drive back to Tbilisi . Upon arrival there is free time for shopping, relaxation or your own discoveries in the city.

In the evening we gather for a dinner with traditional Georgian food, live music and folkloric performances.
Overnight stay at Novotel Tbilisi Center .

Day 8 Tbilisi – Home
Map

After breakfast we check out of the hotel. If the time allows, you will then have free time to enjoy the city at your own pace – whether for some final sightseeing, shopping, or simply relaxing.

Transfer to Tbilisi International Airport.
Departure, marking the end of our unforgettable journey through Georgia.
