Weather in England

England has a mild, maritime climate with relatively small temperature differences compared to many other European countries. The weather can change quickly, so it is wise to pack layers and always carry a light rain jacket or umbrella.

Spring and early summer are popular times to visit England, especially for gardens, walking and countryside tours. Summer is pleasant for city trips, coastal experiences and excursions, while autumn offers beautiful colours in parks and landscapes. During winter, London, York, Bath and other cities attract with Christmas markets, culture and atmospheric lighting.
