Here we admire the Belém Tower and the impressive Jerónimos Monastery, both UNESCO World Heritage Sites. During the tour we also enjoy a taste of the city's beloved pastel de nata, a delicious custard tart.
The rest of the day is free to continue exploring at your own pace.
For those who wish, we offer an optional full-day excursion to Sintra and Cascais. The day begins in Sintra, a fairytale town surrounded by green hills, once a favorite retreat of Portuguese kings and poets. We visit the enchanting Quinta da Regaleira, a romantic estate filled with gardens, towers and mysterious tunnels.
In the afternoon, we continue to the elegant seaside resort of Cascais, known for its sandy beaches, charming shops and picturesque marina. We return to Lisbon in the late afternoon.

Here we visit the magnificent Joanina Library, with its Baroque interiors and centuries-old books — a true highlight of the journey.
Overnight in Coimbra at hotel Vila Galé Coimbra and the evening is at leisure.
Our journey continues to Porto, beautifully set on the Douro River, where we check in at Hotel Cristal Porto.
We end the tour with a taste of the local specialty Francesinha, a hearty sandwich loved by the people of Porto. The afternoon is at leisure to stroll through the riverside district of Ribeira or visit one of the city's many wine cellars.
Today is free to enjoy Porto at your own pace — perhaps explore more of the charming riverside district, visit one of the city's famous wine cellars or relax at a café overlooking the Douro River.
For those who wish, we offer an optional half-day cruise along the Douro River. The tour takes us through the scenic Douro Valley, surrounded by rolling hills and terraced vineyards. We enjoy a peaceful boat ride and finish the experience with a Port wine tasting — a perfect way to round off our stay in Porto.
